With over 30 years of experience in HIV and LGBTQ advocacy,She has worked with organisations such as the aids foundation of Chicago , Chicago house and heartland Alliance.
Her leadership and lived experience continue to drive meaningful community impact.
Madison Legris.
The Chief Nursing Officer at Equity alliance health of Illinois .
She brings a strong background in long- term care and extensive experience inpatient medical-Surgical and oncology nursing within The Northwestern Hospital system.
Madison joined Equity Alliance Health in May 2025 and is passionate about the team's mission and the meaningful work they do in the community.
Gordon Schweigerdt.
The National Business Manager and Co- Founder of Equity Alliance Health of Illinois.
He brings extensive experience in healthcare business operations and pharmacy leadership and has served on multiple non-profit and healthcare boards.
Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University and is recognised for his contributions to healthcare innovation and community impact.
Rick Jordan.
The CFO , Serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Equity Health Alliance.
Providing strategic finance oversight and ensuring strong governance and compliance .
With extensive experience supporting non-profit organisations , he is committed to financial integrity , sustainability and responsible stewardship in advancing the organisation's mission and community impact.
Khethile Mpungose.
The PrEP Navigator with over 20 years of administrative experience.
Since she joining Equity Alliance Health in July 2025, She has supported Executive operations , Reporting and organizational initiatives.
Certified as an HIV PrEp Navigator in January 2026, She is passionate about creating communities to vital HIV prevention information and reducing stigma through education and compassion.
Dr. Dhvani Derasari.
The Chief Operating Officer and public health leader with expertise in Health Equity , Program Operations and Community - Centered care.
She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center.
She has worked with federally qualified Health centers Ryan White clinics and STD clinics.
Joanna Villagrana.
The VP of Finance of Equity Alliance Health of Illinois.
She brings extensive experience in accounting and financial management and has served on multiple non-profit organization boards.
Joanna holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern Illinois University and is recognized for her specialized focus in nonprofit accounting and her commitment to sound fiscal stewardship and community impact.
Eric Jordan.
The Technology and Systems Integration Lead of Equity Alliance Health of Illinois.
He builds software and integrates technology that merges data and day-to-day operations into one system.
Eric applies detailed technical analysis to solve operational hurdles so the team can focus more on patients and is recognized for his contributions to operational efficiency and healthcare technology innovation.
